She worked non-stop to sell our home and helped us buy our dream house and it all happened so seamlessly and fast. She was extremely personable and enjoyable to work with. We were able to trust her to carry the ball completely with every detail of all the confusing paperwork between all parties as well as took care of scheduling all the necessary appointments. We were extremely pleased and happy with the whole process that could have been so stressful.Thank You Robin!

Robin was fantastic! She went out of her way to make sure my place sold and at a fair price at that. She coordinated repairs that needed to be done and had a local contractor come out and do the work needed after some bad renters did some damage. I was absolutely impressed with her professionalism, hard work and level of communication. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I would recommend Robin without hesitation! Thank you Robin for your help getting my property sold and dealing with all of the insanity that came with it! You are definitely top notch and I couldn't have done it without your help!Again, if you need a realtor that is going to care and leave you smiling at the end of the ordeal Robin is your person!!

Robin was 5+ stars. From even before we signed the contract with her, she always had out best interests foremost. We put our house up for sale in a fast declining market, with holidays approaching. Our house was repainted, staged, and sold within a month. Robin arranged everything, and was responsive to every question...and patient with my numerous questions and concerns. The house was priced to encourage interest, and it worked with several offers above the asking price!

Robin has listed and sold our Gilroy rental house in Sept. 2020. Throughout the sales, Robin has demonstrated her knowledge of the local market by setting the correct for-sale price, her marketing skills by preparing and fixing up the house for showing, her professionalism in dealing with our tenants and potential buyers, and her negotiation skills when issues popping up to threaten the close of the deal. We'd definitely work with her again when we have the opportunity. Really appreciate her great work!

Robin did an amazing job selling our home in January 2024. The home was listed during New Year’s Eve weekend, we had a full price cash offer within a week and escrow closed in less than 30 days.

Robin helped us negotiate with the seller, and then helped us with the various inspections and paperwork we needed to complete. She was very knowledgeable in the process, and made everything smooth for me (as a first-time home buyer). Robin was attentive to our purchase desires, and helped provide information on the area and referrals to contractors to do a few repairs we wanted done before we moved in.

Robin was a dream agent.She was very professional and attentive to every detail in the long process of updating and selling a Gilroy country property with an older (very vintage) home. Robin was totally responsive, understood our unique situation as buyers living overseas wanting to locate near family in the Bay Area, offered solutions we had no clue existed, advocated for us with seller agents and mortgage providers, revealed the potential solutions and upgrades that made the house our home after a complex closing, even replaced a damaged door at her own expense... and all with amazing grace and a joyful spirit!
