We are so grateful to Tison for helping us find the perfect home for our family! We are a Coast Guard family and received orders to Clearwater, FL. Tison was very knowledgeable about the area, and extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. The market in FL was a bit intimidating for us with housing prices and interest rates being so high, but Tison was very reassuring and helped us find and purchase our home 20K below it's appraised value. We also received closing costs assistance and he negotiated a later closing date, as we were not able to leave the area we were stationed right away. We were unable to travel to FL to physically see the homes but Tison walked through the homes we were interested in, took videos for us, and provided honest feedback. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and we would not have felt comfortable purchasing a home we have never stepped foot in if not for him. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying/selling!

Tison is awesome! This is the guy you want in your corner when it comes to working out a good deal in your favor. Very informative and easy to communicate with. Was able to easier cater to all of our desires in order to find the perfect home for our family in an incredible location. Lastly his experience and insight was very helpful in helping us as new home buyers get more comfortable with the process and learn what things to consider/look for with home purchases, insurances, and financing etc. highly recommend! Tison was incredible, he showed us probably 10+ houses over a 2 day span to help us find the perfect house for us. He was super knowledgeable about things we I had no idea about coming from a different state. He was present for our inspection and walkthroughs since we couldn't be present. He stayed on top of everything that needed to get done and went above and beyond. If you don't use Tison as your agent you're doing yourself a disservice.

Tison was exceptional to work with. Making the move from NY to FL was a big change and he made it as easy as possible. Tison was able to connect me with a mortgage lender, pest inspector, etc. He is very knowledgeable and was able to negotiate a good price for my 1st home. Tison was amazing to work with. No hesitation to make time for us when we had a short notice house hunting trip to the area. He did a phenomenal job coordinating multiple showings that allowed us to efficiently see multiple houses in a short period of time and still have time to enjoy the area while we were visiting. He quickly and easily answered any questions we had throughout the process and even managed to help us negotiate a contract price below list and more importantly well below appraisal price. The whole process was extremely smooth, would definitely recommend!
